BLENHEIM.
This day. Still raining since Saturday morning. Yesterday night the Opawa rose higher than ever known, at least a foot over the planking of the bridge. The northern embankment burst, and the eastern end has since carried away Dodson's stables. The Taylor river is not up. The water is eight inches on the floor at Penny's.
