TRANSFEBS OF SHARES. 1 T is hereby notified, that, after the let o 1 January 1876, the use of Impressed Stamps ' upon Transfers of Shares is compulsory, but transfers of shares may be stamped at a Stamp Office by the Commissioner or a Deputy Commissioner within one month after execu* t;on without a fine. , , v Managers and Secretaries of Companies!
