WAITEKAURI COMPANY.
The retorting for this company was, completed last night, and the-gold was lodged at the Bank of New Zealand today, it amounted to 621 ounces retorted _A gold. - The- amount of- staff; onuhediij estimated as nearly as posssibleat 400 tons and a month was employed crashing it, the company's battery working 10 ■>' hours per day. The yield is over lOOozs above expectations.
