This day. The following changes •will take place in the Resident Magistrate's Court here : Dr Giles takes the appointment of Under Secretary of Land and Mines and removes to Wellington 5. Mr Hardcastle, Clerk of the Court at Hokitika, is to be appointed Resident Magistrate, and Mr South is to be transferred to Hokitika., Mr Gr. W. Woon to be appointed Clerk of the Court here. ; .
