The shareholders of the above propo d Company met last evening a't.Oddfellovs'Hall, Shortland. The meeting was numerously and influentially attended. Mr Renshaw occupied the chair, and explained that the object of meeting was to amend the prospectus already issued, namely, 10,000 shares at 10s each; nil paid up, and premium to be 6d per share. This was unanimously adopted, and as 10,000 'shares have beea subscribed for we see no obstacle now to the immediate formation of the Company.
