LETTER DELIVERY.
(To the Editor of the Evening Star.)
Sib, —Living in Hill street, Block 27, Shortland, the postman delivers letters in and over the place as far as Terrace street. We, the residents of Hill street", have our letters left on the shelves of the Post Office for months, to our loss and disadvantage in many ways. We contribute our share of taxation, and living in the township how it is we are left out in the cold noiie of us know. Is the fault with the presenfofficial of the Post Office ? I think it must, for when Mr Fitzgibbon was Postmaster and Charles Rowley letter-carrier, we got them delivered; now they lie on the Post Ofiice shelves unnoticed for mouths. By you explaining our remedy you will confer a favor on many of jour Evening Star readers.— I am, &c,
Ratepayee. Hill street, Shortland, Jan. 22nd, 77.
