MOANATAIRI.
Teasdale's tribute section of this mine (formerly part of the Point Russell claim) continues to look well. The, tributers had a crushing of specimens yesterday and banked as the result 6ozs 13dwts gold. The parcel of specimens amounted to about Blbs. : :
Retorting after a week's crushing at the company's battery took place to-day, and the fair return of 180ozs 9dwts was the result. This is really a very good yield, and if the yields following it are as good in proportion the mine should: be able to do something more than pay its way. The gold' was lodged in the Bank of New Zealand, but it will riot be melted" till Monday. v ; v
