DUNEDIN.
Wednesday. Tfie directors of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand have resolved to recommend to the proprietors at a. general meeting to be held on the 31st inst., the declaration of a dividend for the past half-year at the rate of six per cent, per annum, and to increase the reserve fund, at present £7,500, to £10,000, carrying forward the balance of undivided profits to the next half-year.
