(Before W. Fraser Esq. E. M.) BETJNKENNESS.
Martin Glynn was charged with being drunk and incapable in Pollen street* Shortland, on the 16th instant. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 10s and costs.
HORSE AT LABGE. Thomas Bull was charged with permitting one horse to wander at large on the Parawai road on 11th instant. Defendant pleaded guilty, and was fined 2s 6d and costs. Court adjourned.
