Policy holden. 2-Premium rates are lower than those of Private Companies. .3-|To Policy or MecUeal Feet (■barged. 4—All Policies are non-forfeit-able after one full annual payment to the full extent of their ralue, under a special regulation providing for the continuance in force of every Policy for the original amount, until the Burrender-yalue of the Policy is ex* haiuted in payment of premiums; s—Absolute Secni;ity from Loss —Insurers, after having paid three full anru|al premiums, are guaranteed a cash surrender value of not less than 40 per cent, of the paid-up premiums; and if for any reason the premiums ere not paid when due, a piid« up Policy will be issued; generally eqoal in amount to the premiums paid; and often much in excess. , " : : ';,':' 6-rThirty days pt grace w» •Uowed on all Renewal Premiums. . ■'".'. B—Policies protected from Bankruptcy .—An. lueurahce Poßoy effected by the Insured, lanajide on his own life, is protected from bankruptcy, or insolvency laws to a rertaia amount; which increases with its duration. Thus, after it lias endured for two years, it is protected to the extent of £200; after five years, to £500; after seven yean, to £1000; after ten years, to £2000.. This protection npplies, only in favour of the personal representative of the Insured. , 9~Married women may effect Policies, dispose of the money by will, as if single; and their Policies are protected from the debts of their busbar ds, according to duration, to amounts similar to those stated above. 10—Settlement Policies — Policies effected for the benefit of the wife and childrt nof the Insured am absolutely protected from the claims of, creditors to the extent of £2000, provided that the premiums are payable during life, or any period hot less than seven years. If apportionment i» not made at the time, it can be subsequently mado by will. 11—Probate, &c, dispensed with/ —When a claim under a Policy does nd% exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense with the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. ; 12—Prompt payment of Claims; and no discount charged.: •..!-: W.
