The section worked under tribute by Newdick and party, crushed 30 tons at the Moanatairi battery, and realised 26 ounces 12 dwts retorted gold.
Crushings at the Moanatairi mill are now going on; 5 head for the Long Drive; 5 for the Red, White and Blue tribufcers ; 5 for the Black Angel tributers, and 25 for the company's account, each of which are showing up for a good return upon the tonnage reduced. At the Tramway battery parcels from the Dauntless and Sink to Else tributers, and Beehive tributers are being crushed.
