NONPAREIL.
A few pounds of specimens obtained from leader on adit level .have been treated, realising 4§ ounces gold. Operations in this mine ars novv temporarily suspended, until the directors are.enabled to raise funds for the purpose of opening out, and crushing the reef to hand in the bottom level. The block of ground available should be a good one, and judging from the character >of the lode by former workings in upper blocks, would well repay shareholders in paying a call.
