THEATRE ROYAL.

We would remind our readers that the amateur dramatic performance given by the Thames Dramatic Club in aid of the Friendly Societies'^ Demonstration takes place to-night at this theatre. The pieces selected are "Michael Erie, or the Maniac Lover," which from the synopsis of the play published elsewhere should prove a very interesting drama. Mr J. Eeed will sing during the interval, and the* concluding'piece will be " Robin Bough! - head, or the Ploughman turned Lord." Mr Dixon takes the principal part.in this piece, and from his wel lkn'owh abilities as a comic actor the audience may rely on being well amused. The band of .the T.N.B. will perform on the balcony.
