TOOKEY.
A new tribute has been taken, from the road level to the main face on the northern side of the creek by Messrs Webb, who have erected a tramway from the side of the hill direct into the Tramway battery, and are now engaged in trucking, on the old tip fromiformer workings. From the facilities of supplying the mill, a small return of gold will cover expenses, and from the,known character of the locality a fair return may be expected.
