A PPLICATION has been made by Geobge XJL Coopeb for the Missouri Gold Mining Company, Limited, to construct a Water Bace for mining purposes, commencing at a point indicated by a peg marked X on the Tararu Cwek, about six hundred yards above its junction with the Ohio Creek, and terminating at n point about, n.hundred feet below the Missouri Company 'a I- Battery si'e.afc Ohio Creek, indicated by a peg marked X. The length of such Race is a quarter of a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is along Tararu Cree-fr. Tbo mean depth and breadth of such Race is one foot six inches by two feet, and it is capable of carrying Three sluice-heads of water, and the number of sluice ht-ads of forty inches each which it it is intended to appropriate is Three. Warden's Office, Thames, 25th October, 1875. A PPLIOATION has been made by E. T. jLJL WItDMAIf for the Golden Arro.v Gold Mining Company (Limited) to construct a Water Race for mining purposes commencing j at a point on Neves' Creek, about 700 feet south of head of Tuirua Company's race, and terminating just above head of said race. The length of such race is seven hundred and fifty feet, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south. The mean depth and breadth of such rac9 is eighteen inches by two feet,, and it is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water; and the number of sluice heads of forty inches each which it is -intended to appropriate is two. NOTICE is therefore given that on the 2nd day of December. 1875, a License may be granted to the said Golden Arrow Gold Mmm g Company (Limited) . for tho abovedescribed Water Race, unless valid objection bo in the meantime made in writing, and lodged at this office, not less than seven clear days before that date.
