WELLINGTON.
Monday. The spring sittings of the Court' of Appeal were formally opened at 11 o'clock this day, before his Honor the Chief Justice, and three Puisne Judges. There was a fair attendance of the New Zealand Bar. The case of Worgan and Curl was heard. Judgment was deferred. The case of Harding and Galbraith is proceeding.
