WitDMAK for the Golden Arro., Gold Mining Company (Limited) to construct a Wattr Race for mining purposes commencirig at a point on Neves' Creek, about 700 feet south of head of Tairua Company's race, and terminating just above head of said race. The length, of such race is seven hundred and fifty feet, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north and south. The mean depth and Abroad*h of such raco is eighteen inches by two feet, and ib is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water; aDd the number of suice heads of forty inches each which it is intended to. appropriate is two. NOTICE is therefore given that on the 2nd doy of December. 1875, a License may be granted to the said Golden Arrow Gold Mining Company (Limited) for the abovedoacribed Water Race, unless valid objection be in the meantime made in writing, and lodged at this office, not less than seven clear days before that date. .
