POLITICAL GOSSIP.
Mr Eobert Graham has definitely declined to stand as a candidate for the Eden District, for which, many of the electors desiredto put him in nomination. He has expressed his intention; to stand for the Thames, if for any district, in tne next Assembly; and would, no doubt, receive strong support in that constituency.—Herald.
