The principal prize will bo THE BIRTHDAY CUP, VALUE £50. This will be competed for in three runuiif handicaps of 100 yards, 300 yards, and 880 yards. For-.ruuning first in nny of tho ri>ces 6 points will bo allowed, for running second 4 points, and for running third 2 points. The Competitor scoring the highest to »1 of points in the three ruces will receive the first priz', £25 in money, and a Valuable Bilv«r Gup presented by Mr Joseph Ellis, Exchange Hotel, Queen street. A second aggregate prize of £8, and a third of £5 will also bo given. In addition to the aggregate prizap, first and ecc<>nd prizes of £3 arid £1 respectively will be awarded at each distance.
