ÜBAL G^. CO. Claim of £14 16s 4d money due and owing. . No appearance of defendant. Thomas Horsbrugh,; mining agent, Grahamstown, said he was manager of the Ural GM.Co. He produced note of his appointment und register of the company. There were 24 weeks' salary am manager al 10s per week due, ami money paid out of pooket, for which r. c ipts were produced, amounting in all to £14 6s 4d. Money was still owing. Judgment far amount claimed, and OOHtB, £1 9S Plaif tiff said his action in suing for'the amount was not so much for the money as for the arbitrary way the directors had acted in taking the management from him. No appearance of defendant. William Wilkinson, of the firm of Wilkinson & Horton, proved the debVas per bill >f particulars. Judgment for amount claimed with costs,-on production of copy of certificate of incorporation. Mr Wilkina n asked for an order of immediate execution, which was grauted. The C«mrt adjourned.
