A PPLICATION has been made by Geoboe XX Coopeb for the Missouri Gold Mining Company, Limited, to construct a Water Race for mining purposes, commencing at a point indicated by a peg marked X on the Tararu Cr.-ek, about six hundred yards above its junction with the Ohio Creek, and terminating at a point about a hundred feet below the Missouri Company's 23-it'ery si c at Ohio Creek, indicated by a peg marked X.
