This protect ion- applies only in favour of the personal representative.of the Insured. -'■< 9—Married women may effect Policies, dinpoee of the money by will, as if singlo; and their Policies are protected from the debts of Iheir husbands, according to duration, to amounts similar to those stated above. ff lo-Settlement Policies-Policieß eti.cted for the benefit of the wife and children of the Insured are • absolutely protected from the claims of creditors to the extent of £2000, provided that the premiums are payable during life, or any period not less than seven years. If apportionment is not made at the time, it can be subsequently myle 11—Probate, &c, dispensed with —When a claim under a Policy does not exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense with the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. 12-Prompt ..payment of Claims and no discount charged.
