Datkin for LICENSE to C nstruct a Dam, and to occupy as a Site for such Dam three hundred feet by one hundred and fifty feet of land situated at Neves' Creek, Tairua. The proposed length of the said Dam is 20 feet. NOTICE is therefore given, that on the second day of November, 1875, a License may be granted to the said Francis Day kip for the above-descr.bed Dam, unless valid objection be in the meantime made in writing and lodged at this office not less than seven clear days before that date.
