This case was struck out as it had arisen through mistake.
W. LOGAN V. ai'ItOBEItTS AND OTHERS
; This was a plaint brought to recover two-fifths of I;he sum of £35, paid by the plaintiff and defendants towards working two tributes which were found to be unpayable, and consequently had been given up. The plaint also set forth that the case | had been referred to arbitration, and thej arbitrators made an award that the two-* fifths of £35 should be given to the plaintiff. Mr.Tyler for the plaintiff; ,and...Mr Macdonald for the defendants.
The case was a very long one, the evidence uninteresting, and the case itself unfinished when we went to press.
