AUCKLAND.
This day. At the South British meeting this afternoon the report showed £12,500, equal to 6s 8d per share, to the capital, making £62,500. Carry forward £10,300 and pay a dividend of ten per cent, per annum on £62,500. Gross premiums,. £50,400, showiug an increase of £12,460 on the corresponding period for last year. Net premiums, £41,129 ; losses, £26,431; invested funds, £87,526. The Prince Imperial meeting lapsed for want of a quorum. At the Supreme Court civil session, the opening case was Dalton v. Foote, a claim for £697. It will occupy all day.
