If apportionment is not made at the time, it can be subsequently made by will. 11—Probate, &c, dispensed withg —When a claim under a Policy does not exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense with the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thus saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. 12—Prompt ..payment of Olaimß and no discount charged.
