RED QUEEN.
The manager, Mr McCabe, is quietly pushing on his pursuit, and is now fairly operating upon the footwall lode of the' Cure, which promises to extend its course through the breadth of the mine. The lode varies in size from 6 inches to 1 foot, and carries a tolerable amount of visible gold, of which, there are on hand about 70 lbs choice stones, together with 35 tons general stuff towards the next crushing, which will take place in about 10 days. The tonnage by that time will be increased.
