If apportionment is not made at the time, it can be subsequently made by will. 11—Probate, &c, dispensed with! —When a claim under a Policy does nofc exceed £200, the Commissioner may dispense, with the production of Probate or Letters of Administration, thua saving great expense to the representatives of the Insured. 12—Prompt,payment of Claims and no discount charged. .
