Case Dismissed.
The Justices dismissed the charge of assault .with intent against W. Kirby.
.. In the Supreme Court Michael Kelly for perjury was sentenced to three years-
Two natives, for assault and robbery at Gisbbrne, were sentenced to. one month and one week respectively.
Another native from the same place for forcible entry was discharged.
The insurances on the Strathmore, from London to Dunedin, supposed to be lost, are—New Zealand, £10,000; National, £4000 ;■ South British, £2400. :
