Union Beach.—Nothing from the mine to-day, although a good show of gold is reported in the face of the lode in the Black reef. The late Last Resort, next the Union Beach, was formed into a company today—Mr Mowbray, of Auckland, legal manager. j Major Keddell left yesterday for the Thames, to do duty for Captain Fraser while at Wellington.
