MINING COMPANY MEETINGS.
Ajax G.M.Co.
A meeting of the directors of the Ajax Gr.M.Co. (limited) was held at the company's office at 11 o'clock. Present — Messrs W. Ifowe (in the chair), E. Kennan, J. E. Perry, H. H. Adams, James Mackay. After some discussion it was resolved that three directors be appointed to visit the company's mine on Monday next for the purpose of reporting on and suggesting the best and most expeditious means of erecting'machinery, and the following directors to go to Tairua :— Messrs Bowe, Perry- and Kennan. No call will bo made until the directors 1 report is to hand.
