OLD WHAU.
The manager, Mr Scott, has been able to crush at the company's mill for ten days iduring^ which time about 90 tons have been put through, for the satisfactory return of 93 ounces 6 dwts. retorted gold. From the amount of available stonertHe mill will probably be kept at work, arrangements having been made for a plentiful supply of firewood, the want of which has lately been a great cause of detention.
