Charles Bulmer applied for leave to construct a water-race from a spot about a mile and a-half above the old track leading from Smith's store to the Brothers' claim, to a spot about a mile below the Livingstone claim Puriri.
Objected to by Alexander Hogg on the ground that Bulmer had neglected to mark out the intended course in such a manner as to enable him (Hogg) to see whether his rights would be interfered with or ■notr*"-":^-'^;:: ■ -■- ■- ■ '■' ■> ■"•' ■ • *****•■ -^f -■ Adjourned, until 28th of September.
