The length of such Race is half a mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is'-N.E. and S.W. The mean depth and breadth of such Race is three feet by two feet, and it is capable of carrying Five sluice heads of water j and the number of •luice heads of forty inches-each which it is intended to appropriate is Five.
