Baeots for a LICENSE to construct a Water Enco for goldmining purposes, commencing at a point indicated by a peg marked E E on a creek about a hundred yards north of Measlestown Creek, falling into bead of fourth branch of Tairua Eiver, taking in urmoccupied streams along course of Bace, and terminating at a point on Pearl Claim indicated by peg marked E E. The length of suck Eace is three miles or thereabouts, and its intended course is east and west. The mean depth and breadth of such Ttace is one foot six inches by two feet, and it is capable of carrying five sluice \ heads of nvtfer, and the number of sluice heads of water of forty inches each which' ifc is intended to appropriate is five, and the land required for euch Eace is fifteen feet on fach side thereof. NOTICE is therefore given, that on the 21st day of September, 1875, a License may be granted to the paid William G. The length of such Bace is half a mile, or thereabouts, and its i' tended csurse is-N.E. and S.W. The mean depth and breadth of such Eace is three feet by two feet, and; it is cajablo of ca-rying Five sluice heads of water; and the number of sluice heads of forty inches each which it is intended to appropriate is Five.
