MINING COMPANY MEETINGS.
Noeth Stab (Taibtta.) A meeting of shareholders was held yesterday at the office of Mr Horsbrugh, Mr D. It. Gellion in the chair. Resolved that a company bo formed called -the • North Star Goldmining Company, with a «• capital of £4800 in £1 shares. Nil paid ' up. The following gentlemen were elected directors—Messrs C. Curtis, J). B. Gellion, J. Maher, R. R. McGregor, and E. McDonnell. Mr Horsbrugh to be manager. A call was made to,defray current expenses, and resolution passed to take steps to immediately incorporate, the company, and work the ground.
