MINING COMPANY MEETINGS,
EpOET C&iJM (TaJBUA). A meeting of shareholders was held oa Thursday. MrD. Macnab in the chair. JKesolved that the same be formed into a company under the Mining District Act of 1872, with a capital of £10,200, in £1 shares. JNil paid np. Mr James Mackay to be legal manager, and the following gentlemen to be provisional directors:—Messrs Macnab,- Gttadleigh, Musket, Homsg and Wilson. A preliminary call of £L on original shares was made payable to the legal manager on or before, the 23rd instant. ■
