Axexandeb Hogg for a LICENSE to Construct, a Water Race for mining purposes commencing at a point at the junction of tho Kohirabi and Pakirarahi Creeks and terminating at a point on a point on the Kohirahi (or maiu) Crerk, about six hundred yards below the said junction, points of commencement and termination are indicated by pegs irarked H. The length of euch Race is six hundred yards, or thereabouts, and its i' tended ccurse is south westerly. The length of suchßace is two hundred yards, or thereabouts, and its intended course is east and west The mean depth and breadth of such Bace is one foot by two feet, and it is capable of carrying I two sluice heads of water, and the number of sluice heads of forty inches each which it is intended to appropriate is Two. The length of such Bace ia 800 yards, or thereabouts, and its intended course is north easterly, lho mean depth and breadth of such Bace is twelve inches by eighteen inches, and it "is capable of carrying Two sluice heads of water; and the number of sluice heads of forty inches; each which it is intended to appropriate is two, and the land required for such raco is six feet on each side of "centre of eail rice.
