Barnes for a LICENSE to construct a Water Race for goldmining purposes, commencing at a point indicated by a peg marked E E on a creek about a hundred yards north of frlesslcstown Creek, falling into head of fourth branch of Taima River, taking in unnoccupied Btreame along course of Race, and. terminating at a point on Pearl Claim indicated by peg marked E E. The length of such Race is three miles or thereabout!, and its intended courae is east and west. Tho icean depth and breadth of such Race is one foot bix inches by two feet, and it is capable of carrying five sluice heads of-water, and the number of sluice heads of water of forty inches ea,ch which it is intended to appropriate is five, and the land required for euch Race is fifteen feet on each ride thereof. NOTICE is therefore given, that on the 21st day of September, 1875, a License may be granted to the paid William G.
