THIS DAY. ; . (Before J. Kilgjub, Esq., J.P., r id E W. Puckby, Esq., J.P.) DBUNKENNISS. Martin Glynn was charged with being drunk and incapable in Brown street. Accused pleaded guilty and was fined ten shillings and costs, or twenty-four hours' imprisonment. Patrick Murphy was also charged with being drunk, in Abraham street. There being no appearance of defendant, his bail was forfeited. ...-..■ ; HOBSE AT LABOE. Joshua Lenton was charged with allowing one horse to wander at large in Baillie street. Accused pleaded guilty through his wife. Fined hclf-a-crown and costi. APPLICATION FOB PAWNBBOKBB's lICENSE. James Kae applied for a pawnbroker's license for his house in Pollen street. Mr Dodd appeared for the applicant. Mr Br'len offering no •bjection on the part of the police, the license was granted. Court adjourned.
