About four months ago he had moved the closet from 1 one part of the allotment to another while defendant was at Ohiiiemuri. Mrs Mooney said she saw, Kemp and Burrell fightiog about the closet in question. Kemp was trying to take, it away, and defendant preventing him. ' On hearing this His Worship imme* - diately ruled that he had no.jurisdiction in the matter, as the question involved would now be one of title, which was-out* side bis province to decide. ;. ..
