■ A caucus of' Government supporters wa? held on Saturday, and the Times this morning says it is in a position to state that a majority of tho House of Kepresentatives have pledged themselves to carry the Grovernment bills through during" the "present Session; It also states that the Government are so well fortified with'high legal opinions, that no doubt whatever is entertained, aa to the power of the General Assembly to abolish Provincial Governments.
