A meeting of this company was held in Auckland yesterday when the usual reports and balance sheet were submitted and adopted. The latter did not show any very bright features. It was announced that the services ©f Mr Wm. Eowe had been secured as inspector, and that gentleman was confident of being able to find sources of revenue for the company. Two retiring directors were re-elected.
