Mr William Bowe, voted to the chair. The following gentlemen were elected directors for the ensuing year :— Messrs W. "-EbweV^J. - Copeland, F. Aniodeo, J. S.-Keliyj and W. S. Young, three to. form ,a quorum. Mr. McDonald iSc'ott legal manager, and Mr J. Krieebone mine manager. Four thousand shares to be held in, trust for the; company. 3: The ■area of the Triangle is, ,19 men's ground; eSbrts have been made-io .amalgamate; with, the North Star, 6 men's ground, but they have failed. Operations will therefore be carried on at once im the company's ground.
