AUCKLAND.
This day. Supreme Court. Dunn, for liousebrcaking and burglary, was sentenced to fourteen years' penal servitude. Pumping Association Grant. After a further correspondence between the Superintendent and the Colonial Secretory,"and the signing by the latter of the agreement submitted by the General Government, £7000 has been paid into the Bank from the Colonial Treasury for the use of th 9 Pumping Association. The Superintendent has signed the agreement submitted under protest.
