COROMANDEL.
This day.
The Bismarck crushing is showing up well. The specimens will be sent to the battery next week. There is a fair show of gold in the stopes. The Three Brothers got a parcel of picked stone from the large reef. "Heenan's claim has a;small parcel of good stone. The monthly return of gold is comparatively small, being 320 ounces 10 dwts. ■ V ■
The Government tramway was taken over to-day by the Clerk of works and all hands discharged. This is a serious interference with claims about forwarding stuff for crushing. ;■
