John Hunter was again charged at the Police Court with attempting to commit suicide. The Court considered that the evidence proved a deliberate attempt had been made. Counsel urged that he should be liberated upon providing igood sureties. The case was remanded to enable the Court to consider the authorities quoted. : Arrived: Syren from Sydney.
