. : > ,-Saturday. The Provincial' Council has been" opened. Mr Ormond was re-elected Superintendent unopposed,. Mr Adeane Speaker, and Mr Fannin - Clerk. The Superintendent thanked tho Council for re-election, and accepted it on the understanding that lie should bo at liberty to resign before the' expiration of the term for which the Council was ro-clccted.
