Beechb for a LICENSE to construct a Water Race for mining purposes commencing at a point on tho first main Creek west-1 ward of the Tairua Claim, about one mile 1 from the north-east boundary of said claim, and terminating, at a p*;int marked B, on plan. The length of such race is six hundred yards or thereabouts, and its intended course is northward and eastward. Tho mean depth and breadth of such Race is 2 feet -by 2 feet. It is capable of carrying five sluiceheads of water, and the number of sluiceheads it is intended to appropriate is fire. NOTlCEistherefore given, that; on the 13th! day of Jnly, 1875, a License will be granted to the said John B.
