Tho length of such race is six hunJred yards or thereabouts, and its intended jourse is northward and eastward. Tho mean 3epth and breadth of such Race is 2 feet by 2 feet. It is capable of carrying five sluice--heads of water,.-and the number of sluicebeads it is intended to appropriate is five.
